There are a number of benefits to participating in therapy, including having a supportive, non-judgmental space to share thoughts and feelings and learn new coping skills. We will identify your goals in the first session and talk about ways you can reach your goals via therapy.
Most sessions are 50 minutes. Occasionally we will meet for a longer or shorter session and we will agree to this in advance.
You can pay using a debit or credit card. I use Stripe which is an online credit card processing service. You may choose to keep a card on file for your convenience.
We will schedule our appointments via email or via my online scheduling system. Recurring appointments will be negotiated at the end of the session. To get started, just send me an email!
Session costs are $200 for intake and $200 for follow-up 50 minute sessions.
Online therapy is like meeting in an office except we will meet either via phone or by video chat using a secure, HIPPA compliant platform. There is no special software or extra cost to use the video software. I will send you a link to my online waiting room prior to our first session.
Many clients find that online counseling offers convenience, comfort, privacy and increased flexibility. Online sessions may be ideal for clients who travel frequently, have limited time to travel to and from appointments, and live in more rural areas.
I am out of network with insurance companies and sessions are self-pay. I will provide a superbill to clients who want to seek reimbursement from their health care company.
